Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in original packaging, damaged or defective upon arrival, or incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products or items without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@bioboostfit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
